Commission Process
Once you have filled out the commission form, I will message you via one of the social medias supplied in your form to confirm the commission and inform you of the price. I will also ask any extra questions at this time to clarify information to be sure we're on the same page. I will also answer any extra questions you may have during this time!
After the commission has been fully discussed, I will send an invoice and add you to my Trello queue. I will not begin working on your commission until I have received at least partial payment. Your queue entry will reflect your commission type, the username you have supplied (unless you've specified a different name), what social media I am speaking with you through, and whether or not your piece has been paid for or not.
An example of a queue entry is the following: Flat fullbody - Worgy - Discord - Not paid

Queue
My queue can be found on my Trello. The link can be found in my TOS, the "Contact" section, and on the commission form linked in the commission sections of the website.
I do not have an incredibly strict queue, though I do try to work on things in a first paid, first served way.
If you see me working on or having finished something that was beneath you, that does not mean you have the right to be upset, however. I do what I feel I can handle at one time when I work on things. For example, a symmetrical headshot may be finished faster than a shaded fullbody with a background. If you have questions, ask me! Just be sure to remain respectful and try not to be upset!
On the regular, my turnaround time is anywhere from a week to 4 months to give me ample room to work on things without stressing myself out. I will give you a specific expected TAT depending on how large your piece is, and how many others are in the queue before you!

Art Commission Steps
When your commission has been started, I will send a sketch for your approval. During this stage, you are free to ask for edits or changes.
If you don't like the sketch, I can completely change the pose for you so long as you understand that I will be able to reuse the original sketch for what I like as it now belongs to me. I will make sure that the original sketch is changed so it does not look like your character, though it will be the same pose. You, as the commissioner, do not have any right to use the original sketch once you decline it.
Please let me know what you want done during this sketch phase! You are allowed to request changes, as I want your commission to look how you envisioned it! If you want a lot of changes, you'll probably be better off asking for a new sketch, however.
Once the sketch has been approved, I will start lining!
Once lining is done, I will send you a watermarked WIP of it. I will not change major things, though if I've done something like miss a horn or something, I will gladly add it on! The background will also be done in this time, if there is one, for approval.
Once the lines are approved, I will begin colouring the piece.
Once colouring is finished, you will receive either the finished piece or another watermarked WIP. Please let me know if I have missed something like a marking. As long as this is obvious on the reference sheet and it is simply my mistake, I will happily change it. If the missing thing is NOT on the reference sheet and it is difficult, you may be requested to pay a small fee depending on how big of a change it is.
If you have purchased shading, it will be done after the colouring is approved. Once it is done, I will send you the watermarked final piece. There will be few changes allowed since it is simply a rendering phase!

Custom Design Commission Steps
Design commissions follow the same rules as normal art commissions, however the sketch will be sent with the palette for approval. The sketch may also be coloured, or there may be notes of what kinds of markings you have asked for.
Once the colours have been sent in for approval, you will only be able to edit small things such as changing eye colour, paw pad colours, markings in a specific area (tail, face, etc). If you want more changes, you may be asked to pay a fee.
